The Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a small program for children born in brothels to rehabilitate and care for children born in brothels, and to provide them with proper food, clothing, shelter, education and healthcare facilities.
Since 2000, PWRDF has supported the NAN Decade for Youth and Development by contributing to the development of youth councils in 3 First Nation communities and by funding a number of youth to attend the Youth Elders Gathering.
The Canadian Development Program of PWRDF was a funder of the International Indigenous Youth Conference (IIYC) in the Philippines in 2002 and in Vancouver in 2005. Also, financial support for Indigenous youth to participate in an Aboriginal Journalists’ exchange with the Pacific People’s Partnership (P.P.P.) was provided by the Canadian Development Program.
